I was reading Raise High The Roof Beam, Carpenters: An Introduction to Seymour by one of my first loves, JD Salinger, yesterday.

I was reading the part where Seymour comments on Buddy's writing. It struck me hard.

Yes, I'm forgetting/losing both. My keys and my memory.

After four days spent at Jay's place, I went back to my place--only to find out I didn't have my keys in my bag. Teacher's Village to Vito Cruz. Galing. So, I called up Peachy, my roommate--she was in Puerto Galera. Ahhhhhhh.

The only option I had was to go back to Jay's place. Vrooommmmm. Vito Cruz to Teacher's Village. Roadtrip. Ahhh.

And so this morning, I went to work, loaded with everything I got--my shirts, two jeans, everything. After work, I could finally go home. When I get home though, I realize I never got my key. Argh. Jeezus. And when I checked out my phone, a message from Peachy came in, 'Wiji, nasa bahay ka na ba? Nakalimutan ko susi ko sa office ko e.' Wahahaha. Diosmio!!! So ayun, stuck kami pareho sa labas ng bahay. Our options? QC.

So ngayon, andito pa rin ako. Hehehehe.

4 minutes na lang, magtatrabaho nako. Promise. Magtatrabaho na.

Ano ba nangyari kagabi. Ah. Hehe.

Pumunta ako don kina Jay. Andun sina Jomal, Puto, Allan, Led. Smokies smokies. Tapos pinopoke ko lang eyes ni Jay, para kasing eyes ng puppy e, na medyo nakaluwa. Ang cute! Lahat nga ng tao na nakakakita ng pic niya, o kahit siya in person, nagccomment about his eyes. Hehe. Sabi ng bestfriend ko, 'Lonely eyes' daw. Sabi nung isang friend ko, 'sarap kurutin'. Hehehe.

Ahhh! 1 minute na lang! Logout na nga.

Walang calls, wala akong mamonitor. Can't wait til 7pm, I get to see him again. Whee.

The one day stay in La Union brought back a lot of memories, like it usually does, given the sentimental schmuck that I am as well.

I'd like to divulge into the good, Wonder-Yearesque parts of the trip, but I can not find the heart to.

Last night, at around 11.30 pm I had to go and ride a bus back here in Manila. Pucha puno lahat. Tapos ang rami ko pang kasabay maghintay. 2am na, andon parin ako, gulay na, wala pa rin. So I decided to go with my mom up to Urdaneta at around 4am (she has this meeting or something there). Pag dating don, puno pa rin ang mga bus. Argh. Pero anyway, nakasakay naman ako finally. Tapos aliw, pag sakay ko sa bus, biglang sounds nila Yellowcard, Ocean Avenue. Aww.

Tapos eto, andito uli ako office ngayon, straight from La Union. Ang saya no. Hehe. La lang.
